Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia-based HUMAIN, a PIF company focused on delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, has made a strategic investment in Arabic.AI as part of a partnership with Arabic.AI and its parent company Tarjama to expand Arabic and multilingual enterprise AI solutions across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The value of the investment was not disclosed.
The partnership brings together HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure, computing capabilities and advanced AI models with Tarjama’s more than 18 years of language technology and enterprise delivery experience and Arabic.AI’s expertise in translation, document intelligence and Arabic AI.
The collaboration is aimed at accelerating the adoption of enterprise-grade Arabic and multilingual AI, with an initial focus on solutions designed for organisations operating in highly document-intensive and regulated environments.
Founded in the UAE in 2008 by Nour Al Hassan, Arabic.AI provides enterprise language technologies spanning translation, document intelligence and Arabic AI. Its platform includes Cleverso, an Arabic-first translation management system, alongside Arabic translation models and enterprise language solutions.
Three Initial Areas of Collaboration
Under the partnership, HUMAIN and Arabic.AI will initially work with early enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia across three priority areas.
Arabic-first Translation Management System: The companies plan to offer a centralised platform designed to support enterprise translation workflows, including enforced glossaries, translation memory and control over linguistic assets.
Archive Digitisation Engine: The solution will transform legacy documents, records and media into searchable Arabic knowledge. It is also designed to support the capture of handwritten and degraded scripts, automated classification and rights-managed access.
Document Intelligence Agents: AI-powered agents will be developed to read, analyse and draft enterprise documents such as contracts, tenders and regulatory filings. Capabilities are expected to include clause-level extraction, automated compliance checks and human-in-the-loop drafting.
HUMAIN said the combination of its full AI stack with Arabic.AI and Tarjama’s language expertise is intended to simplify enterprise adoption and reduce the time required to move Arabic AI solutions from development to production.

Scaling Arabic AI Across Saudi Enterprises
The strategic investment is expected to support the deployment of Arabic.AI’s solutions among Saudi enterprise customers at scale, while combining local AI infrastructure and computing capabilities with specialised Arabic language technology.
The companies intend to begin working with early enterprise customers before bringing their first solutions to market.
The initial solutions are expected to be unveiled at LEAP 2026, as Saudi Arabia continues to strengthen its position as a regional hub for artificial intelligence, enterprise technology and digital transformation.
