Saudi-Based Revora Secures $2 Million In Seed Round For Expansion and Product Development

Saudi Arabia-based artificial intelligence (AI)-native e-commerce operating platform Revora has raised $2 million in a seed funding round, bringing its total funding to date to $2.5 million.

The round was co-led by i2i Ventures and Oraseya Capital, with participation from Anchorless Bangladesh, Conjunction Capital, F6 Ventures, Hi2 Global, Orbit Startups, and a group of strategic angel investors, Revora told Forbes Middle East.

Fueling expansion

According to the company, the proceeds will primarily support Revora’s expansion in Saudi Arabia and accelerate product development.

Revora was founded in 2021 by Shuvo Rahman and Daniyal Baig. The startup was previously known as MyAlice before rebranding as part of a broader shift from customer support software to an AI-native e-commerce operating platform.

It offers e-commerce merchants an AI revenue engine that combines sales, customer support, and marketing automation into a single platform. Its AI agents operate across channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and merchants’ websites, to handle customer inquiries, recommend products, recover abandoned carts, close sales, and retain customers.

The startup currently serves more than 500 merchants across the technology, fashion, and beauty sectors. Its client base includes Jarir Bookstore, NICE, BMW Motorrad, BuyAnyFlowers, 800Flowers, and Aya. Merchants using the platform have seen revenues increase by 15% to 20%, according to Revora.

“Revora has built a product that cuts through the noise surrounding AI by delivering tangible value and demonstrating significant potential for scale,” said Kalsoom Lakhani, Co-founder and General Partner at i2i Ventures.

AI Adoption accelerates

The investment comes as AI adoption accelerates across the retail sector. AI in the e-commerce market is projected to expand by $26.8 billion between 2024 and 2029, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 34.7%, according to a report by market research and consulting firm Technavio.

“E-commerce is and will remain an early adopter of AI,” said Omar Khan, Partner at Oraseya Capital.

“Revora is precisely what talent in Bangladesh and Pakistan looks like when backed with conviction—a team that has built ahead of the curve and generated real revenue from agentic AI in the Middle East,” said Rahat Ahmed, General Partner at Anchorless Bangladesh, which was among the early investors in Revora’s $500,000 pre-seed round alongside HOF Capital.
