Strategic cooperation will create new pathways for startups between the UAE, Gulf region, Vietnam and ASEAN
DA NANG, VIETNAM — 2026 — NQubator and the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISSC) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at strengthening cooperation between the innovation and startup ecosystems of Da Nang and the United Arab Emirates.
The partnership establishes a platform for two-way market access, enabling startups from Da Nang to explore expansion opportunities in the UAE and wider GCC/MENA region, while supporting startups within NQubator’s network seeking access to Vietnam and ASEAN through Da Nang.
Under the cooperation, NQubator and DISSC intend to develop joint soft-landing and market-access initiatives, incubation cohorts, bootcamps, demo days, business matchmaking activities and ecosystem programs.
Priority areas will include digital commerce, fintech, artificial intelligence, digital health and sustainable solutions.
NQubator will also share its incubation methodology, including its Geo-Driven Growth model, while connecting Da Nang startups with its international network of mentors, corporate partners and investors.
The collaboration is also designed to increase international awareness of Da Nang’s startup environment, free trade zone, innovation policies and emerging opportunities among investors and businesses from the Gulf region.

The collaboration represents a further step toward building stronger innovation and commercial links between the UAE and Vietnam and creating a bridge through which promising companies can scale between the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
