Saudi-based Blossom Accelerator Launches Blossom Capital to Invest in Saudi and Global AI Startups

  • New venture capital arm backs Saudi and global AI companies across enterprise AI, cybersecurity, computer vision, healthtech, fintech and retail technology, supporting Saudi companies with global ambitions while helping international companies establish and scale from the Kingdom

Blossom Accelerator, a Saudi venture capital firm and innovation platform, today announced the launch of Blossom Capital, its official investment arm, alongside its first portfolio of nine early-stage AI companies selected through DominAIte, Blossom Accelerator’s AI investment and commercialization platform  supported by the National Technology Development Program (NTDP).

The inaugural portfolio reflects Blossom Accelerator’s two-way investment strategy: backing Saudi nationals and Saudi-based companies building from the Kingdom with ambitions to expand regionally and globally, while also investing in international technology companies that Blossom is supporting to establish, relocate or expand their operations into Saudi Arabia.

The nine companies span artificial intelligence, enterprise AI, cybersecurity, computer vision, healthtech, fintech, workforce technology and retail technology, reflecting the growing breadth of AI applications emerging across some of the Kingdom and region’s most important industries.

Through DominAIte, Blossom’s investment model goes beyond providing capital by combining funding with commercialization support, market entry, pilot opportunities, strategic introductions, technology resources and access to its network of partners and ecosystem leaders.

“Saudi Arabia has already established itself as one of the world’s most ambitious markets for artificial intelligence, backed by Vision 2030, significant technology investment and a rapidly evolving digital economy,” said Emon Shakoor, Founder and CEO of Blossom Accelerator and Blossom Capital. “DominAIte builds on that momentum. We are investing in companies that we believe can become category leaders, whether that means helping Saudi founders take technologies built here into global markets or helping exceptional international companies establish themselves and grow from Saudi Arabia.”

“With 2026 marking the Year of AI in Saudi Arabia, we wanted our investment model to go beyond capital,” Shakoor added. “Our role is to work alongside these companies on commercialization, market access, partnerships and pilots, giving them the support required to build meaningful businesses in and from the Kingdom.”

Among the companies joining Blossom Capital’s inaugural portfolio is Xybern, a UK-based enterprise AI and cybersecurity company building an authorization layer for enterprise AI. Its technology determines whether AI agents are permitted to take an action before it executes, intercepting actions such as payments, access to production data, contract execution and agent delegation and validating them against cryptographic identities and organizational policies. Designed for regulated environments including financial services, healthcare, legal services, insurance, defence and cybersecurity, Xybern is now relocating to Saudi Arabia with Blossom’s support.

Saudi-based Rintel is transforming how retailers, distributors and consumer brands use real-time retail and e-commerce data. Its platform connects brands with live sales, inventory and distribution data from major retailers and e-commerce channels, using AI-powered forecasting and analytics to help businesses anticipate demand, reduce stockouts and waste, optimize inventory and supply chains, and make faster commercial decisions.

The portfolio also includes Daleela, one of the Arab world’s fastest-growing digital women’s health platforms, with more than 400,000 registered users. Built specifically for Arab women, Daleela combines a medically reviewed AI health assistant, cycle tracking, private consultations with specialists and expert-led education across reproductive health, fertility, hormones, dermatology, nutrition and broader women’s health. Currently based in Egypt, Daleela is expanding to Saudi Arabia with Blossom’s support as it grows its regional presence from the Kingdom.

Vizioneer is developing an AI-powered operating layer for quick commerce and retail. The platform transforms existing camera infrastructure across dark stores, cloud kitchens and retail environments into real-time operational intelligence without requiring new hardware, helping operators reduce stockouts, optimize staffing and layouts, improve dispatch operations and better understand product performance.

In healthtech, Clinova uses AI to help hospitals identify eligible patients for clinical trials in minutes rather than months. Its technology processes multiple forms of medical records, including handwritten, multilingual and unstructured data, to identify potential trial participants within hospital systems. Currently based in Georgia, Clinova is relocating to Saudi Arabia with Blossom’s support to establish and grow its presence in the Kingdom.

Saudi-based BYOND is developing infrastructure for the future of autonomous commerce through its Retail Infrastructure as a Service (RIaaS) model. Combining AI, computer vision, sensor fusion and real-time analytics, the company provides the technology, hardware, software and operational infrastructure required to deploy AI-powered cashierless retail environments, enabling organizations to transform high-traffic and underutilized spaces into intelligent 24/7 retail environments.

The portfolio further includes Saudi fintech platform Halala Plus, which helps individuals save more and manage everyday spending through AI-powered financial tools, open banking, savings features, rewards and access to thousands of discounts. By combining spending analysis and personalized financial insights with a broader savings ecosystem, the company aims to turn everyday purchasing decisions into stronger financial habits while expanding its offering regionally and internationally.

GigSA, meanwhile, is a Saudi AI-powered workforce management platform built for the events industry. Its technology enables organizers to source, match, deploy and manage event staff through intelligent candidate matching based on skills, experience, availability and location, alongside automated invitations, replacement workflows, live attendance tracking and multi-city workforce management.

Completing the inaugural portfolio is Velezi, a Saudi-based enterprise AI company helping businesses transform customer requests received through WhatsApp into accountable and trackable workflows. Its platform captures incoming requests, assigns ownership, monitors execution and service levels, identifies delays, triggers escalations and tracks each request through to resolution, helping businesses improve accountability and prevent customer needs from becoming lost opportunities.

Together, the nine investments demonstrate Blossom Capital’s broader approach to venture investment, positioning Saudi Arabia both as a destination for exceptional global technology companies and as a launchpad for Saudi companies with international ambitions.

For international portfolio companies, Blossom provides support across market entry and localization, establishment in Saudi Arabia, commercial partnerships, customer introductions and opportunities to pilot with leading organizations across the Kingdom.

For Saudi nationals, Saudi-founded and Saudi-based companies, Blossom focuses on helping founders strengthen their commercial foundations at home while developing the relationships, access to capital and market pathways required to expand regionally and internationally.

The model builds on Saudi Arabia’s growing position as a global hub for technology and artificial intelligence while contributing to the digital transformation and economic diversification objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

DominAIte, supported by the National Technology Development Program (NTDP), Identifies and invests in high-potential AI companies while connecting founders with capital, technology partners, enterprise customers and market opportunities. Built around the principle that exceptional technology requires more than funding to scale, the platform gives portfolio companies access to Blossom’s network across government, enterprise, technology and investment to support commercialization, market entry and meaningful partnerships in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
