Istanbul, June 2025 — VenueX, an Istanbul-based AI startup, has secured USD 1.2 million in a bridge funding round led by Singapore-based Orbit Startups. Other participants in the round include Re-Pie, Akkök Holding, and Akyasam. The funding will be used to fuel the company’s expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with a particular focus on establishing new offices in Dubai and Riyadh.
Founded in 2022, VenueX leverages artificial intelligence to connect digital advertisements with physical retail sales. The company offers a unified interface that allows retail brands to manage advertising across multiple platforms. Since launching its product in April 2024, the startup has onboarded 25 paying clients.
With the new capital, VenueX plans to strengthen its market presence in MENA by building local sales teams and expanding its channel partnerships within Turkey. The startup also aims to evolve into a fully autonomous marketing platform by enhancing its AI capabilities. Upcoming product developments include AI agents focused on inventory optimization, dynamic creative generation, and customer segmentation.
Additionally, the company plans to scale its team across growth, data science, and business development roles.
“VenueX solves a global inefficiency by automating the link between digital marketing and physical retail sales,” said William Bao Bean, Managing Director at Orbit Startups. “Their AI-powered platform has the potential to redefine how retail advertising operates in both emerging and mature markets.”
By bridging online ad spend with real-time in-store data, VenueX empowers brands to run highly responsive and personalized campaigns with minimal manual intervention—paving the way for smarter, data-driven retail marketing.
