Casablanca, Morocco – Justyol, a Morocco-based cross-border e-commerce platform, has raised a $1 million strategic package combining equity funding and inventory financing to accelerate its regional expansion.
The package includes $400,000 in equity investment from an angel investor and $600,000 in inventory financing from Turkey’s Danis Group, a major investment firm. The deal was facilitated by Nomadic Minds, which sponsored the partnership linking Turkish financing expertise with North African growth opportunities.
Founded in 2022 by Ahmed Badran, Ahmed Rashed, and Anas Ahmed, Justyol operates as a fashion e-commerce marketplace bridging Turkish fashion brands with consumers in Morocco and wider MENA markets.

The new funds will be directed toward expanding operational capacity, strengthening sales capabilities, and ramping up marketing efforts in Morocco. A significant focus will also be placed on preparing for regional market entry and scaling in anticipation of an upcoming Series A round.
